Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

4 cups frozen spinach

1 can cream of potato soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese and melt.
