Cheesy Mixed Vegetables

Directions

4 c SWP Mixed Vegetables
1/2 pound Velveeta
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Fill small-medium sized pot with mixed vegetables and water and bring to
a boil over medium-high heat.

2. Drain vegetables.

3. Cut Velveeta into small cubes and place in pot. Return vegetables to the
pot and heat over medium-low heat until cheese has melted.
