Scrambled Spinach

3 extra large eggs
1/4 cup SWP Spinach
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Simply prepare scrambled eggs the way you always do, but add in the spinach to the mixture. I like to cook mine on medium-low heat and stir until they are cooked to my liking.
