Ingredients | Directions |
SWP Breaded Okra Vegetable Oil | 1. Pour vegetable oil into frying pan until about one inch deep. Heat on high until oil reaches about 325 degrees. 2. Carefully place okra in oil making sure not to over crowd them. They cook incredibly fast (just a minute or so) so pay attention and turn as needed to ensure browning on all sides. 3. Remove okra and let rest on a paper towel to dry. |
