|SWP Breaded Okra|
|1. Pour vegetable oil into frying pan until about one inch deep. Heat on high|
until oil reaches about 325 degrees.
2. Carefully place okra in oil making sure not to over crowd them. They cook
incredibly fast (just a minute or so) so pay attention and turn as needed to
ensure browning on all sides.
3. Remove okra and let rest on a paper towel to dry.
