Sweet Corn

Ingredients | Directions |
4 cups SWP Yellow Sweet Corn 3 T butter 1 ½ – 2 t salt ½-1 t pepper | 1. In a pot put 4 cups of corn and fill with water just to the top of the corn. 2. Heat over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat, add butter, salt, and pepper, and cover with lid to simmer. 4. Corn is ready to eat after 5 minutes of simmering but can keep warm for as long as needed. **These measurements are easily doubled or tripled for large gatherings. |
