|8-10 cups Southwestern Produce Turnip Greens|
32oz. Chicken broth
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
4 strips bacon cut into pieces
Salt & Pepper to taste
|1. In a medium pot cook bacon pieces on medium-high heat until barely cooked and grease has formed.|
2. Add chicken broth, turnip greens, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook on medium-high heat until greens have changed color and liquid has boiled down (30-45 min).
