“Perfect for a cold night with grilled cheese!” – Bobbie Jo
|1 lb ground beef|
1/2 onion diced
4 cups of Southwestern Produce mixed vegetables
2 10 oz cans of Campbell’s tomato soup
Lawry’s garlic salt
Salt & Pepper
|1. Cook diced onion in a medium skillet over low heat until translucent.|
2. Add ground beef to onions, sprinkle with garlic salt to taste, cook until done.
3. In a soup pot combine tomato soup (2 cans of water per soup directions), beef and onions, mixed vegetables, and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil then lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
*NOTE: Recipe is easily doubled or tripled.
