Corn Chowder

“This is a simple, hearty chowder to warm you up on a cold winter’s day.” – Bobbie Jo



5-6 potatoes
1 12oz can evaporated milk (Pet brand)
1 lb sausage
2 cups Southwestern Produce whole kernel corn
2 cups Southwestern Produce cream corn
1/2 stick butter
Salt & pepper
1. Dice and boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook sausage until browned, set aside.

3. Combine cooked potatoes, browned sausage, milk, corn, butter, and salt and pepper to taste in large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover to simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

*Tip: Thaw corn night before
