Green Goddess Smoothie

1 cup fresh green grapes
1 small banana
1 kiwi
1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
3/4 cup SWP Frozen Spinach
1/2 cup SWP Frozen Kale
2/3 fresh mint leaves




Wash, peel, and prep all the fresh fruit. Then slowly add all the ingredients to a blender and
liquefy. You want to start small because it’s a lot of produce. Just take it easy on your
equipment and add small batches at a time until all the ingredients are mixed well.
**Notes: The website I got this recipe idea from had a wonderful suggestion! They grabbed
freezer Ziploc bags and prepped the ingredients together in about 4 to 6 different bags and
threw them in the freezer. That way whenever they wanted a fresh glowing green smoothie,
all the prep work was done. Just a thought, take it or leave it based on what works for you
and what your needs are.
