Pecan Cheese Ball

IngredientsDirections
2 – 8oz packages cream
cheese, softened
1 – 8oz can crushed
pineapple, drained
1/4 c chopped green bell
pepper
2 T finely chopped onion
2 t salt
2 cups SWP Pecans,
chopped and divided
1. Combine first five ingredients; stir in 1 cup pecans. Cover and chill until
firm.
2. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in remaining cup of pecans. Place cheese ball
on a serving platter and serve with crackers and strips of bell peppers
